French, German and Italian classics featured heavily at Templar Towers this past week. The elegant Facel Vega has been back with us for a variety of minor jobs including solving some electrical issues, some mechanical improvements and some minor cosmetic surgery.

Meanwhile we sent the Mercedes Pagoda back to its delighted owner – we think it looks resplendent (a fine Sunday word ) in its new metallic Moss Green coat and cream interior, ready for that drive along the Côte d’Azur.

Finally, we’ve completed the carb rebuild on the Ferrari 308 and while there’s still a lot to do, we’re hoping it’ll be finished by the end of the month (hopefully not famous last words!). The 430 next to it shows just how much Ferrari’s changed between the late 1970’s and early 2000’s.
